The third one is Nicotine Replacement Therapy or NRT which comprises of a group of medicines containing nicotine in them. Examples of this particular genre of medicines are Nicorette gum, Commit lozenges, Nicotrol inhaler or nose spray, Habitrol patches and Nicoderm CQ patches. The negative effects of these particular drugs are nose irritation, skin rashes, pain in the jaw, abnormal dreams and sleeping disorders.
