Your blood pressure is starting to lower and your oxygen level is regaining the oxygen it needs for your blood system. Right now your body is starting to renew itself. By tomorrow, you be a nonsmoker for 24 hours. Celebrate, for now you are and will be from this day forward a nonsmoker.
