Can there be an Allergic Reaction to Nicorette?

When using Nicorette some patients have experienced allergic reactions to it. It is very common for patients to also experience several of the side effects of Nicorette the first few days when taking it.

Allergic Reactions To Nicorette:

- rash
- probolems and difficulty with breathing
- tightness within the chest is felt
- hives
- swelling of or around the mouth
- swelling of the face
- swelling of the tongue
- swelling of the lips
- the chest might start pounding

Not only should the doctor know when these allergic reactions happen but they should also be reported to the FDA by calling 1-800-FDA-1088. When any of these allergic reactions occur then the patient is also suffering from severe reactions because most of the time these are not mild reactions and that is why it's vital that the doctor is notified. Some patients might not experience all of the allergic reactions to Nicorette. However, the doctor should still be notified if even one or two of the reactions happen because it can trigger other things that the patient might not know about.
